Raichur University Empowering the Present, Shaping the Future Introduction Raichur University, officially called Adikavi Sri Maharshi Valmiki University, is one of Karnataka’s newest but most ambitious institutions of higher learning. Established in 2020, it was formed by upgrading a postgraduate centre of Gulbarga University into a full-fledge
